  • Project timelines are estimated based on mutual agreement.
  • Delays due to client inaction, incomplete inputs, or third-party issues are not the responsibility of IS TECHNOLOGIES FZ-LLC

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All website or software projects remain the property of IS TECHNOLOGIES FZ-LLC until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, intellectual property rights will be transferred to the client, except for third-party licenses.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • IS TECHNOLOGIES FZ-LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • We are not responsible for losses due to third-party service providers (hosting, domain registration, etc.).

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • We respect client confidentiality and take reasonable measures to protect sensitive information.
  • Clients are responsible for securing their own data, including login credentials and sensitive information.

8. Service Termination

  • IS TECHNOLOGIES FZ-LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of:
    • Violation of these Terms of Service.
    • Non-payment of invoices.
    • Engagement in illegal activities using our services.

9. Changes to Terms
