Refund Policy

At IS TECHNOLOGIES FZ-LLC, we strive to provide high-quality website development services to our clients. We value customer satisfaction and have established a transparent refund policy to ensure a fair resolution in cases where service commitments are not met.

Eligibility for Refund

A full refund will be issued under the following condition:

If the agreed-upon website development service is not delivered within 30 days from the project start date, and the delay is solely due to IS TECHNOLOGIES FZ-LLC

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, the client must:

Submit a written refund request via email to info@istechnologies.co.in within 5 business days after the 30-day delivery period has passed.
Include the project details, invoice number, and a valid reason for the refund request.

Non-Refundable Situations

A refund will not be provided in the following cases:

If the delay is caused due to incomplete or delayed client inputs, approvals, or responses.
If the project is partially completed as per the agreed scope.
If the client chooses to terminate the project voluntarily before completion.
If the delay is caused by unforeseen technical difficulties beyond our control, such as third-party service disruptions.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of approval.
The amount will be refunded through the original payment method or an alternative method as agreed with the client.

Modification of Policy

IS TECHNOLOGIES FZ-LLC reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or our official website.
